- Website Assessment: All websites are subject to an assessment process prior to acceptance into the support and maintenance program. We reserve the right to review each applicant's website to determine eligibility for our services.
- Pre-Existing Issues: If the website is found to have pre-existing issues, such as corruption, malware, or viruses, these issues must be resolved before the applicant can be enrolled in the support and maintenance plan.
- Separate Costs for Remediation: Any required remediation or fixes for pre-existing issues will be provided as a separate service and will incur additional costs based on the nature and extent of the issues. These costs are not included in the standard support and maintenance package fees.
- Acceptance of Terms: By applying for our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, including the requirement for any necessary remediation prior to acceptance into the program.

Depending on the plan, we cover backups, security scans, updates, bug fixing, recovery if the website is hacked, and support when you face issues.
Yes. Backups are done either monthly or quarterly depending on the plan. Files and database are backed up.
Backups are stored on the same hosting server. If you want off-site storage, we can arrange it at extra cost.
We will restore your website using the backup and help clean it up as part of the recovery support in your plan.
Yes. For premium plans, we update WordPress core and plugins regularly to keep the site secure.
Yes. You can reach us by phone, email, or remote access if you face any technical or management issues.
Only if your plan includes content updates. Our Premium Plan, offer website content updating of 12 hours per year.
Yes. You can upgrade anytime if you need more support, updates, or content changes.
You can choose not to have a plan, but any support you need will be charged separately based on the work required.
No. Hosting and domain renewals are not part of the maintenance plan. If you need, we also provide domain registration service and web/email hosting services too.
We do periodic checks, but 24/7 uptime monitoring is not included unless requested as an add-on.

Yes, but we will first assess your website. If there are issues or it's outdated, we’ll fix those first before starting maintenance. There will be additional cost for fixes depending on the scope of work need.
