Job Description
- Communicating and coordinating between the client and development team
- Perform project scoping, feasibility study, requirement gathering, planning, monitoring, reporting, quality control & people management.
- Ensure website quality in terms of functionalities, reliability, performance, security, and ease of maintenance.
- A solutionist, able to gather information, weigh the associated pros and cons and then formulate the best solution
- Lead, delegate, monitor and verify tasks to the development team to perform web development, implementation, and support.
- Prepare technical and business documentation, and to ensure all project documents/codes are properly managed.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentor the development team
- Manage Change Request and deviation of project scope, timeline, and budget
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
- Hands-on in web development when required
- Conducting training with the client
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of working experience as a PHP Developer and with high proficiency in using WordPress
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in project management
- Hands-on experience in PHP and WordPress platform development
- Experience in OpenCart platform added advantage
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Must have detailed knowledge and experience in PHP, HTML5, Bootstrap/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in MySQL or other SQL databases.
- Must be positive, hardworking, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong goals setting and task prioritization abilities
- Must be able to work collaboratively with diverse groups & individuals
- Ability to think outside of the box, offer fresh ideas with an appetite for exceeding expectations
- Strong in communication/presentation, analytical & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team player and team builder
- Good skills and knowledge leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement
- Good command of English (verbal and written)

Job Description
- Developing the front-end website architecture & back-end website applications
- Develop design from designer and assist customers to visualize their website output
- Deliver web and mobile UI design that support cross-browser compatibility and UI responsiveness.
- Creating & backup websites and databases for functionality
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Designer to deliverables for new and existing functionalities.
- Ensuring that outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging.
- Perform software testing, integrating, maintaining, debugging, and enhancing existing components.
- Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code
- Troubleshoot and resolve website problems for clients and co-workers
- Stay abreast of new developments in software, trends, and practices
- Monitoring the performance of the live website.
Job Requirements
- Good working attitude and ability to demonstrate flexibility in day-to-day work.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 -3 years of experience in website development
- Proficiency in OpenCart platform will be added advantage
- Knowledge of skills in PHP, HTML/ CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and JavaScript.
- Experience in MySQL or other SQL databases.
- Proficiency using WordPress
- Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
- Must be positive, hardworking, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work with minimum supervision as well as be able to contribute to the team development.
- Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
- Open to Malaysian only

- Source images and other content
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Good in writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong research skills
- Creativity
- Collaborative spirit and self-independent
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Experience in SEO is an added advantage
- BSc/BA in marketing, English, journalism, or related field
